The event is intended for Indigenous Chiefs, mayors and economic development representatives of Indigenous Peoples and municipalities in Quebec. Representatives of Indigenous and non-Indigenous businesses are also invited. This is an invitation-only event.

Yes, it is mandatory to register in order to participate in the event. Registration forms were emailed to attendees.
As much of the event is taking place in camera (closed doors), only in-person participation is possible. There will be no webcast or recording for subsequent viewing or listening.
