But that<\/span>\u2019<\/span>s not all: there are also other key areas of economic development where businesses, organizations and political bodies can get involved<\/span>!\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Economic reconciliation between Indigenous <\/span>p<\/span>eoples and Quebec also <\/span>includes<\/span> employability and employment<\/span> in <\/span>various ways<\/span> such as <\/span>skills recognition, access to employment, talent retention, employee education, etc. Here is a brief overview of the current situation, <\/span>followed by<\/span> 5 ways to get involved. <\/span><\/span>\ud83e\udde1<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Current situation at a glance<\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n

Currently, more than a quarter of Indigenous workers are between the ages of 15 and 24. This age group represents a real strength for Quebec, but also a group that is particularly vulnerable to the <\/span>many barriers to employment<\/span><\/b> that have previously been experienced by workers in older age groups.
